Locksmith Technician
We’re looking to hire a full-time locksmith technician. Experience is preferred but not required. Competitive salary based on experience, benefits, offered bonuses, and vacation pay. The company will supply a vehicle, tools, and uniforms.
The locksmith performs work consisting of the installation, repair, programming, and preventive maintenance of locks, door closers (hydraulic, mechanical, electric, electronic), panic hardware, exit devices, and various other items of security hardware. Troubleshooting and repairs. Duties will be in-shop and mobile.
Must have a good driving record and pass a background check.
Bookkeeper
Key job duities:
- Transaction Recording: Record daily financial transactions (purchases, expenses, sales) and maintain the general ledger.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and credit card statements, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoices, vendor payments, and client collections.
- Payroll Processing: Process payroll, calculate taxes, and handle deductions.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate, timely financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Compliance: Assist with tax preparation (1099s) and maintain compliant financial documentation for audits.
Dispatcher
Key job duties:
- Customer Communication: Answering high-volume, incoming, multi-line phone calls to assess, quote, and schedule service needs.
- Dispatching: Assigning urgent lockout calls to the nearest available technician using GPS and mapping software.
- Job Coordination: Monitoring the progress of technicians in the field and providing real-time ETA updates to customers.
- Problem-Solving: Handling high-stress, emergency situations, scheduling conflicts, and unexpected delays efficiently.
- Administration: Maintaining accurate customer records, billing, and job documentation in the dispatch system.
