I have a 1999 Mercedes SL500 that NO ONE could make me a duplicate key. In great need, I found Top Security in New Jersey online (I live in Cleveland, Ohio). After much research and over 20 calls to other locksmiths and Mercedes dealers, I took the chance to send my only key to them. They not only took care of the key exactly as they confidently said they could, they did everything and then some! I am extremely happy and appreciate Dave and Bob’s professionalism. Top Security Locksmith is phenomenal and I could not more highly recommend. After losing the ONLY key I had to an older car, Walter came to my house to save the day. Not only was he a very skilled craftsman, but he was also friendly, professional and compassionate. He took very good care of the vehicle as he worked and little things like that are greatly appreciated! He was early, efficient and got the job done. What more could a person ask for?! Got locked out of my house and called my local hardware store for a recommendation for a locksmith. Called Top Security-Jeremy got to my house in a half hour and got me into it in 5 minutes. I thought the fee to come out was quite reasonable. He also checked the lock to make sure it was not malfunctioning. Turns out it was human error.

Top Security was recommended by both my former locksmith in Monmouth County (shout out to Apple Locksmiths!) and my new neighbors in Ocean County. After my first experience with this company, I can see why! Bob answered my call and was quickly able to determine with a couple questions whether his Team would be able to help us re-key a problematic door cylinder to match our other door keys. Then, in a matter of less than 10 minutes, he called back to let me know that a Technician (Jeremy) was on his way. Jeremy was great! He asked questions, carefully diagnosed the cause of the problem, and even got a bit "creative" when a missing allen key threatened to keep him from fixing it. I really appreciated Jeremy's determination, and once he successfully re-keyed the lock, I was also appreciative that the bill was reasonable for the visit and work. Brought a couple of Dodge oem keys in to be programmed. Everything looked good and appeared to be working, butI found out a short time later the proximity function was not working. Bob researched the issue and was able to correct the FOB proximity issue. I appreciate Bob taking the time and effort to assess and correct the matter.
